The Monsoon rug is a 600d ripstop waterproof, breathable outer rug with a lofted 200 gsm polyfill. Combo full neck design with easy twin touch tape fasten, double chest straps, cross over surcingles and leg straps.
The Monsoon rugs also have a large umbrella style tailguard. Bound in black with contrasting white stripe.
