** Please note - all orders must be secured by paying a £15.00 non-refundable deposit. This will be payable at the time of ordering, an invoice will be sent to you via email & text/WhatsApp (if preferred) for the deposit with a link to our payment portal.

Once your deposit is paid, you will receive a pro-forma invoice confirming the remaining balance, which will need to be paid 7 days prior to your order being dispatched or collected (whichever suits you best). You are welcome to pay this balance over the coming months or in one payment 7 days prior to us receiving our order from Gallop.

I will keep you updated with your order & once Gallop confirm the exact dates pre-orders will be arriving with them, I will get in touch with you regarding your remaining balance if there is one left to pay.

Any orders that have outstanding balances 7 days prior to orders being dispatched from Horsing Around Equestrian will be cancelled, deposits will not be refunded. If you know this is going to cause you a problem please do not pre-order, if your circumstances change during the coming months, you must get in touch with us straight away, same applies if you change any contact details, address etc. We will not be held responsible for orders being cancelled if customers do not contact us prior to update details, let us know in advance a change of circumstances or balance is not cleared by the confirmed dates.
